Natalie Bratton isn’t shy about sharing all the reasons you’re going to love living in Oklahoma City. “Newcomers are always surprised by how friendly everyone is and the juxtaposition of how much there is to do with our ‘small-town’ pace,” explains the former music teacher turned real estate agent. “My favorite part of the job is helping my clients not only find a home, but getting them connected into the community.
A native of OKC, Natalie attended college here and taught music in the Edmond Public School District. While helping an agent friend host open houses, Natalie discovered that she enjoyed matching people with the right home. “I think I get as much joy out of helping my clients find a home in OKC as they do,” says Natalie. “As an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) I guide my clients through every aspect of the home buying process from the initial search through moving day. I work really hard to make the process fun!” Natalie's many years of experience with buyers naturally made her a great resource for home sellers. "If you know what buyers want, a home seller can package their home in the most desirable way to get their home sold quickly." In 2019, Natalie obtained the The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification gaining expert negotiation skills. This certification has amplified Natalies abilities to be a be skillful advocate for her clients.
She was a member of The Allen Group from 2004-2011. In 2012 Natalie decided to step out on her own as an independent Listing and Selling Realtor while maintaining her relationship with RE/MAX First. Natalie received the RE/MAX Executive Club Award in 2010, 2012, and 2013. She joined the 100% club in 2014 and continued that success in 2015-2021. Her colleagues in the RE/MAX First office voted Natalie "Most Cooperative Spirit" for 2013 and 2014. She achieved the designation of Military Residential Specialist in 2014. In 2018, she was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame! Natalie is continually ranked as a Top Producer (Top 500) for all Realtors in the Metro OKC area.
When she’s not helping people move into Oklahoma, Natalie loves to teach Zumba Fitness classes, sing and play the piano.
